This is the first step in arranging the active adventure of your dreams! Our secure online reservations form is a great way to send us your payment information outside of our office hours. This form will be sent directly to our reservations team who will carefully process your payment manually. You will always receive a personalized payment confirmation email indicating the dollar amount charged. For European trip payments, we use the daily Euro exchange rate from Commonwealth Foreign Exchange to determine the exact US dollar amount of your payment. Your credit card will always be charged in US Dollars. We do not have the ability to charge in other currencies.

If you already have a reservation, and simply need to update your payment information, just leave us a note in the comments section below. All reservations are reviewed and processed by hand, and we will happily honor any special requests.

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your tour investment. We have a recommended company called Squaremouth, and will send the information with your Tour Confirmation Package.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING:

  • For most tours priced in Euros, a deposit payment of €500 euros per person is required at the time of booking.
  • For most tours priced in US Dollars, a deposit payment of $500 usd per person is required at the time of booking.
  • Select destinations (including the Galapagos, Sardinia, and Charter Tours) require a deposit payment equal to 30% of your tour cost at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary for these tours.

COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED:

We are requiring up to date Covid-19 Vaccinations for all of our guests. We feel that this is an important precaution to keep you safe while traveling abroad, and also to protect your travel companions, our local guides, and the residents of the rural areas which you’ll travel through. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • For most tours the deposit payment is 50% refundable up until 60 days before your tour begins.
  • For most tours your final tour payment is due at this 60 day mark, and the entire amount becomes non-refundable.
  • Select destinations have a different time-frame for deposits and final payment. We’ll always send you a trip confirmation at the time of booking detailing the conditions, and we welcome your questions about the cancellation policy before booking as well.
