This form will be sent directly to our reservations team who will send you a unique and secure payment link during business hours.
- For European trip payments, we use the daily Euro exchange rate from Commonwealth Foreign Exchange to determine the exact US dollar amount of your payment.
- Your credit card will always be charged in US Dollars. We do not have the ability to accept credit card payments in other currencies.
- If you’d like to pay via check or wire transfer in US Dollars, please contact us for banking & exchange rate details.
- If you’d like to pay via wire transfer in EUROS, please contact us for banking details.

If you already have a reservation, and simply need to update your payment information, just leave us a note in the comments section below. All reservations are reviewed and processed by hand, and we will happily honor any special requests.
We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your tour investment. We have a recommended company called Squaremouth, and will send the information with your Tour Confirmation Package.
We require all of our guests to sign our Nichols Expeditions liability waiver form. This waiver will be sent to you via email when your reservation is processed. If you’d like, you can preview the waiver here: Waiver Preview
DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING:
- For most tours priced in Euros, a deposit equal to 30% of your tour cost (or a minimum of €500 euros) is required at the time of booking. This deposit amount is per person.
- For most tours priced in US Dollars, a deposit equal to 30% of your tour cost (or a minimum of $500 USD) is required at the time of booking. This deposit amount is per person.
- Select tours may have different deposit amounts – we will always inform you of this before processing your reservation.
COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED:
We are encouraging up to date Covid-19 Vaccinations for all of our guests. We feel that this is an important precaution to keep you safe while traveling abroad, and also to protect your travel companions, our local guides, and the residents of the rural areas which you’ll travel through. Some countries are requiring Covid-19 vaccinations. It will be your responsibility to stay updated on the requirements of the countries you travel to.
- For most tours the deposit payment is 50% refundable up until 60 days before your tour begins.
- For most tours your final tour payment is due at this 60 day mark, and the entire amount becomes non-refundable.
- Select destinations have a different time-frame for deposits and final payment. We’ll always send you a trip confirmation at the time of booking detailing the conditions, and we welcome your questions about the cancellation policy before booking as well.
